Next Play Brand Creative Studios is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including incorrect sizes, colors, names, numbers, spelling, or shipping information.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will do our best to correct the issue. Once an item has been started, printed, pressed, customized, shipped, or digitally delivered, changes may not be possible.
Custom & Order Specific Items
Because custom, personalized, and order-specific items are created specifically for you, they are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This includes items with names, numbers, team details, school-inspired designs, color changes, size-specific production, or any design approved before checkout.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item unless clearly stated.
Due to the nature of digital files, digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided or the file has been delivered.
Digital products are for personal or approved business use only, depending on the terms listed in the product description. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, or claimed as your own.
Shipping, Pickup & Delivery
Shipping, pickup, and local delivery options may be available depending on the product and customer location.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping or delivery information. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to incorrect information provided at checkout, additional fees may apply to reship or remake the order.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. We will do our best to assist with tracking information, but carrier delays are not the responsibility of Next Play Brand Creative Studios.
Custom Items
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
Because most items are custom, made-to-order, or digitally delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Cancellations
Custom orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.
After this window, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products.
For custom, bulk, team, or special orders, deposits and payments may be non-refundable once design work, ordering, or production has begun.
Non-Custom Items
Return Policy
We want you to love your Next Play gear. For eligible non-custom items, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Free of stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or damage
